Shipping and delivery: The transport of your order is divided into three crucial stages. It is first sent to a logistics centre near you, then delivered to your home or project site by a truck equipped with a tail lift, ensuring appropriate handling.

Insurance: Your peace of mind is important to us, which is why Marbre Import automatically takes out insurance to protect your order during transport. It is essential to inspect the goods upon arrival, in the presence of the delivery driver, and to report any damage immediately on the delivery note. Without these notes, we cannot be held responsible for any potential damage.

Marbre Import can arrange international delivery, but these shipments always require an individual transport quotation and cannot be ordered using the French delivery prices displayed online.

For every destination outside continental France, including the United Kingdom and other European countries, submit the contact form with the country, city, postcode, required products and quantities. We will confirm a tailored transport quotation before any order is placed.

For destinations outside Europe, please also specify the preferred port or delivery location in the form. Depending on the destination, we can arrange transport and export formalities, while a local freight forwarder may be required for customs clearance and final delivery.
